Juanita McKenzie, 86, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed Thursday, October 4, 2012, at the Piggott Community Hospital. She was born on August 28, 1926, in Tipperary, Arkansas, and was the daughter of the late Joseph Marion and Elsie Mae Burns Ward. She was united in marriage to James 'Jim' McKenzie on October 25, 1941, and to this union four children were born. She was preceded in death by her husband Jim McKenzie; her daughter, Bonita Walker; a granddaughter, Amberly McKenzie; and a sister, Josie. Survivors include her children: James Donald McKenzie and wife Nancy of Arnold, Missouri, Barry McKenzie and wife Cynda of Moberly, Missouri, and Jackie Sullinger and husband Bob of Doniphan, Missouri; 16 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; special friends, Jo Carolyn and Jim Shipman and Gloria Crittenden; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 7, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. in the First United Pentecostal Church in Piggott, Arkansas, with Charles Richardson officiating. Burial is in Piggott Cemetery.
