On June 7th, 2025, Anita "Fern" Rigdon Bartlett went to her eternal home surrounded by her loved ones. Her beautiful smile and sweet spirit will forever be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Fern was born on January 12th, 1931 in Naylor, Missouri, and was the daughter of the late Jess Vincent and Alice Arthur (Campbell) Rigdon.

She was preceded in death by the father of her children, James Bartlett, son, George Bartlett, and special friend Jim Myers. Sisters, Daisy Robinson, Mamie Adams, Edna Roark, Melda Karnes and brother JV Rigdon.

She is survived by her loving daughters Sharon Bartlett of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Leigh Ann Bartlett Keller (Troy) of Cleveland, Oklahoma and Lisa Bartlett Davis (Kevin) of Sheridan, Arkansas. Beloved grandchildren who were her pride and joys and brought such light to her life, Amanda Goza (Daniel), Sarah Smith, Skylar Bartlett. Great-grandson, James Herndon. And many step grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Also survived by sisters, Barbara Demay of East Prairie, Missouri, Loretta Blankenship (CF) of Union City, Tennessee, and brother, Delmar "Sonny" Rigdon of McDougal, Arkansas, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Hoggard & Sons Chapel in Piggott, Arkansas, with Eulogy from Troy Keller and Special Messages from Kevin Davis and Skylar Bartlett. Burial is in Post Oak Cemetery in McDougal, Arkansas. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is Tuesday from 1:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
