Barbara “Bobbi” Louise Johnson

Barbara “Bobbi” Louise Johnson, born December 26, 1954, passed away on August 20, 2026. Bobbi was a beloved mother, wife, sister, aunt, great-aunt, family and friend whose kindness, generosity, and steady presence touched everyone who knew her.

Bobbi is rejoicing in heaven with her only daughter, Amy Katherine Pace, who was born October 9, 1971, and passed away August 21, 2003. Bobbi was an incredible mother, and her heart was always ready to embrace Amy again. She is also reunited with Fritz Johnson, the love of her life; her parents, Willard Evans Hughes and Barbara Ann Hughes; and her precious Pomeranian, Bozley. What an incredible celebration they must all be having together.

Bobbi and Fritz shared a beautiful life filled with world travel, great food, laughter, and fun. Together, they created memories that reflected their love for adventure and for one another. Bobbi enjoyed shopping, spending time with many friends, cheering on her beloved Razorbacks, and always finding a reason to have a good time. She also loved her coworkers and truly enjoyed working at Piggott Community Hospital for more than 20 years.

More than anything, Bobbi will be remembered for the way she loved and cared for others. She went above and beyond to help everyone around her. She was kindhearted, generous, a good listener, and a rock for her family and friends. Her love was steady, her heart was open, and her presence brought comfort to so many.

Bobbi is survived by her five sisters: Donna Key of Cedar Park, Patti Bell (Alan) of Mountain Home, Kathy White (Teddy)of McDougal, Pam Brady of Piggott, and Debbie LeFevre of Saltillo. She was a loving sister and an incredible aunt. She also leaves behind her nieces and nephews, Misty Key, Stacy Harmon, Jason Bell, Sue Brady, Tyler Bell, Chelsea LeFevre-Bumpous, Justin Thompkins, and Carrie Reaves along with thirteen great-nieces and great-nephews who will continue to carry her memory forward.

Bobbi’s life was a gift to those who loved her. Her family and friends take comfort in knowing she is whole, joyful, and reunited in heaven with those she missed so deeply. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, generosity, and strength that will live on in every heart she touched.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Piggott, Arkansas, with a reception to follow at Sugar Creek Country Club.
