Bobby Runyon, 79, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away December 4, 2023, at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

He was born on January 13, 1944, in Pollard, Arkansas, and was the son of the late John and Katherine (Foster) Runyon.

Bobby was united in marriage to Sarah (Myers) Runyon in 1988.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Runyon; mother, Katherine Runyon; brother, Doyne Runyon.

Bobby is survived by his wife Sarah Runyon; two sons, Gary Runyon and Daniel Runyon; one daughter, Lisa Runyon; and many other relatives and friends.

Bobby and Sarah mowed yards together, he was a janitor at Piggott Community Hospital, and he loved cars.

Graveside Services will be held Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 10:00 am at the New Hope Cemetery in Pollard, Arkansas, with Bro. Kevin Murray officiating. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements.
