Brenda Glover, 71, of Holcomb, Missouri, passed away May 2, 2018, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born on April 2, 1947, in Piggott, Arkansas, and was the daughter of the late Floyd "Tuck" and Mary Cathline (Speer) McCormick. She was united in marriage to Gaylon L. Glover on April 6, 1963, and to this union three children were born. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gaylon Glover; and sister, Paulette Turner. Survivors include her children: Anthony Glover and wife Lisa of Holcomb, Missouri, Gene Glover and wife Shannon on Holcomb, Missouri, and Malissa Glover of Holcomb, Missouri; four grandchildren: Michael Glover and wife Morgan, Alexandria Glover, William Glover, and Katie Glover; two step grandchildren: Garrett Lowry and Braxton Lowry; four sisters: Patsy Ann Holifield of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Mary Ruth Williams of Campbell, Missouri; Kathy Collins of Piggott, Arkansas, and Shelia Crane of Campbell, Missouri; brother, Doug McCormick of Mt. View, Arkansas; a very good friend and helper, Tina; and many nieces, nephews, friends and relatives. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 5, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. in the Hoggard & Sons Chapel with Luther Crain officiating. Burial is in Piggott Cemetery in Piggott, Arkansas. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until service time.
