Brenda Scheffler, 61, of Cave City, Arkansas, passed away June 19, 2022, at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Arkansas.
She was born on January 26, 1961, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and was the daughter of Cecil and Jane (Hill) Moore.
She was preceded in death by her father, Cecil Moore; mother, Jane Moore; husband, Darrell Scheffler; six brothers, Joe Harold, Larry Moore, David Moore, Jimmy Moore, Kenneth Moore, and Lloyd Moore; two sisters, Charlene Moore and Patricia Moore; sisters-in-law, Pam Moore and Dolly Moore; nephew, Joseph Hinkson; niece, Jessie Moore.
Brenda is survived by her two sons, Derek (Hope) Scheffler of Cave City, Arkansas, Dusty (Jessica Menteer) Scheffler of Fredericktown, Missouri; daughter, Carla (Jeff Mohlke) Scheffler of Mountain View, Arkansas; three brothers, Robert (Wonda) Moore of Corning, Arkansas, Gary Moore of Piggott, Arkansas, Ricky Moore of Rector, Arkansas; two sisters, Donna (Randy) Hinkson of Memphis, Tennesse, and Suveda (Mike) Mozingo of Rector, Arkansas; eight grandchildren, Caitlin Gray, Kody Scheffler, Haley Robb, Todd Karn, Bryleigh Karn, Addison Scheffler, Ethan Bone, and Jakob Bone; two great-grandchildren, Oaklee Morris and Cobain Dolan; and many other relatives and friends.
Graveside Service will be held Saturday, June 25, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at the New Hope Cemetery in Pollard, Arkansas, with Robert Moore officiating. Pallbearers will be Ricky Moore, Chris Moore, Joshua Moore, Jeffrey Mohlke, Andy Parrish, and Matt Calhoun. Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Parrish, Kody Scheffler and Brayden Mohlke. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements.
