Carol Jean Fraser, 76, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away January 13, 2012, at the Piggott Community Hospital. She was born on June 22, 1935, and was the daughter of the late Clarence and Emily Foster Eagle. She was united in marriage to John Fraser on December 28, 1985. She is survived by her husband, John Fraser of Piggott, Arkansas, one son, Todd Deveet of Michigan, one daughter, Lisa Smith and husband Marty of Michigan, nine grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
