Cathy Roofe Harmon, 51, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away September 8, 2018, in Piggott, Arkansas. She was born on September 11, 1966, in Lawton, Oklahoma, and was the daughter of the late Wilton and Frances (Causey) Roofe. Cathy was united in marriage to James Harmon on April 16, 2003. She was preceded in death by her father, Wilton Augustus Roofe and her mother, Frances Rosalie Roofe. Survivors include her husband, James Harmon of North Little Rock, Arkansas; brother, Tracy Lee Roofe and wife Mary A. Newberry of Laurinburg, North Carolina; brother, Scott B. Roofe, M.D. and partner Tom Flannigan of Fort Bragg, North Carolina; son, Alan Roofe; three daughters, Samantha Carter, Anna Rice, and Shelby Blascoe; six grandchildren: Blaine and Gage Roofe, Livee and Zoe Rice, Charlotte Blascoe, and Skyler Roofe; three special aunts, Glenda James, Maxine Young, and Sharon Wicker; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, September 12, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at the Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home in Piggott, Arkansas, with Rev. Bobby Dycus officiating. Burial is in Piggott Cemetery in Piggott, Arkansas. Pallbearers are Brian James, Dalton James, Will McKlintic, Garlund McKlintic, Howard Young, and Mike Harmon. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is Tuesday from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home in Piggott, Arkansas.
