Charles Raymond Foster, 69, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away April 21, 2022, at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
He was born on May 19, 1952, in Holcomb, Missouri, and was the son of the late Clarence and Georgia (Shirley) Foster.
Charles is survived by his two daughters, Holly Crabtree of Piggott, Arkansas, Billy Jo (Tony) Millsap of Rector, Arkansas; two sons, Anthony (Malinda) Foster of Paragould, Arkansas, and Kenny Foster of Kennett, Missouri; seven grandchildren, Wyatt Crabtree of Piggott, Arkansas, Tyler Rand of Piggott, Arkansas, Dylan Foster of Oklahoma, Jacob (Morgan) Foster of Missouri, Kayla Foster of South Korea, Heidi Millsap of Kennett, Missouri, and T.J. Millsap, of Rector, Arkansas; seven great-grandchildren, Axel Rand, Luna Rand, Eric Foster, Ralph Foster, Carly Foster, Preston Millsap, and Khloe Millsap; two sisters, Margaret (Greg) Reeves of Qulin, Missouri and Barbara Woods of Fairdealing, Missouri; sister-in-law, Sherry Lee Stinebrook of Piggott, Arkansas; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be held Sunday, April 24, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the Hoggard & Sons Chapel in Piggott, Arkansas, with Vance Turner officiating. Pallbearers will be Arlis Mauldin, Mack Westbrook, Tyler Rand, Wyatt Crabtree, Anthony Foster, Tony Millsap, TJ Millsap, Jimmy Grooms, and Richie Culver. A private family burial will be held in Gravel Hill Cemetery in St. Francis, Arkansas, at a later date. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is Sunday from 1:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
