Cynthia Lee Parker, 50, of Rector, Arkansas, passed away September 4, 2018, in Rector, Arkansas. She was born on November 10, 1967, in St. Louis, Missouri, and was the daughter of Douglas Parker and Carolyn (Banks) Hunter. She was preceded in death by her father, Douglas Parker. Survivors include her mother, Carolyn Sue Banks Hunter of Ravenden Springs, Arkansas; daughter, Brandi Lee (Marshall) Moore of Ravenden Springs, Arkansas; daughter, Jacqueline (Bradley Browder) Crotts of Savannah, Tennessee; son, Zack (Olivia) Waters of Selmer, Tennessee; son, Chris Woods; six grandkids; special friend, Howard Crawford of Rector, Arkansas; and many other relatives and friends. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements.
