Cynthia Sue Sample, 66, of Mounds, OK, passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2021. She was born June 13, 1954, in Piggott, AR, and was the daughter of the late George "Buddy" Rogers and Barbara (Parker) Rogers. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Mary (Rogers) Vales. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband, Richard Sample of Mounds, OK, two children, Melanie Coday of Broken Arrow, OK and Richie Sample of Tulsa, OK; 5 grandchildren: 3 great grandchildren; one brother, Buster Rogers of Collierville, TN and many other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 30, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Hoggard & Sons Chapel in Piggott, Arkansas. A memorial visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
