Deborah "Debby" Lynn McNeely of Piggott, Arkansas passed away November 23, 2021 at St. Bernards Hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas, peacefully in her sleep. She is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Jean Harrell of Piggott along with her two brothers Delaine and Dickie Harrell; and in-laws James and Faye McNeely of Pollard. She survived by her husband of 48 years, Don McNeely; her beautiful children, Misty (Marcus) Hayse of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Will (Jennifer) McNeely of Russellville, Arkansas; two brothers, David (Debbie) Harrell of Piggott, Arkansas and Doyce (Cheryl) Harrell of Bryant, Arkansas. She was blessed with three grandchildren, Ashytn (Brandon), Luke and River; two great-grandchildren, Harlie and Brantley; along with a host of friends and family. She is loved and missed. She was a great cook and loved gardening, watching wildlife "including her rowdy grandkids" and flea marketing. If the wheels were rolling, she was going. Don will miss his favorite co-pilot. Funeral Services will be held November 27, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. in the Hoggard & Sons Chapel in Piggott, Arkansas, with Charles Carrens officiating. Burial is in New Hope Cemetery in Pollard, Arkansas. Pallbearers are G.W. Howell, Wade Smart, David Hill, Gary French, John Herrin and Jim Threatt Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is November 26, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home in Piggott, Arkansas.
