Deleta Faye Causey, 84, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away July 11, 2020, at General Baptist Nursing Home in Piggott, Arkansas. She was born on April 5, 1936, in Holly Island, Arkansas, and was the daughter of F. O. and Lena (Cullum) Gibson. Faye was united in marriage to Delmar Ray Causey on July 14, 1956. She was preceded in death by her father and mother: F. O. Gibson and Lena Mae Gibson, daughter, Pamela Jean Eason, brother, Leland Gibson. Survivors include her husband, Delmar Ray Causey of Piggott, AR, daughter, Jerri Leigh (Jeffrey) Tate of Piggott, Arkansas, daughter, Jennifer (Dennis) Combs of Jonesboro, AR, daughter, Lisa Capps of Newport News, Virginia, daughter, Paula (Shane) Lerma of Paragould, AR, son Darrell Causey of Piggott, AR, son-in-law Mike Eason of Piggott, AR, grandsons: Joshua Eason, Zach Gower, Keifer Causey, Kyler Capps, Joseph Miller, Jacob Miller, Asher Lerma; granddaughters: Jenna Matthews, Jillian Laboy, Fallon McChristian, Brittany Baker, Jerica Heath, Kinsey Lerma, Jordan Tate; brothers: Jerry Gibson, Larry Gibson; and many other relatives and friends. She loved caring for others, baking, cooking, sewing, and singing. Funeral Services will be held Monday, July 13, 2020, at 11:00 am at the South Thornton Church of Christ with Bro. Jeremy Pierce, Dustin Semore officiating. Burial is Mitchell Cemetery in Greenway, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Joshua Eason, Zach Gower, Keifer Causey, Joseph Miller, Jacob Miller, Marcus Keller. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is Sunday from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm in Piggott, Arkansas at the South Thornton Church of Christ.
