Delilah Ethel Thomas, 50, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, August 7, 2012, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born April 22, 1962, in New Madrid, Missouri, and is the daughter of Oliver Thomas and Lola Vaughn Brandon. She is survived by her mother, Lola Brandon of Piggott, Arkansas; father, Oliver Thomas of Parson, Tennessee; two sons, A.J. Hastings of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Cris Hastings and fiance Amanda Smith of Wappapello, Missouri; three grandchildren: Trinity Lynn Hastings, Piper Claire Hastings, and Tanner Andrew Hastings; three brothers: Dillon Russell of Missouri, William "Rex" Russell of Piggott, Arkansas, and Tommy Russell of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 11, 2012, with visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. and service at 2:00 p.m. in the Hoggard & Sons Chapel with Bill Newman officiating.
