Deloris June Bolton, 84, of Piggott, Arkansas, stepped into Heaven Friday, March 8, 2019 at her daughter's home in Kerrville, TX. She was born January 25, 1935, in Campbell, MO to Hardin and Nora (Adkins) Curtis. On September 3, 1949, she was married to Robert Leroy Bolton. Deloris attended The First Church of God of Piggott, AR where she was a much loved Sunday School teacher for many years. She loved to quilt beautiful quilts for her family and the church, but most of all she loved spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hardin and Nora Curtis, husband, Robert "Leroy" Bolton, and sister, Peggy Cox. Survivors include daughter, Sharon Wood and husband, Jim of Kerrville, TX; daughter Janet Chism and husband Mitch of Sardis, MS; granddaughter, Clarissa (Mills) Johnson and husband, Clint of Bryant, AR; Amber (Mills) Page and husband, Jake of Paragould, AR; great-granddaughter, Abigail "Abbie" Johnson of Bryant, AR; her brother Bill and wife, Iris Curtis of Granite City, IL; her sister, Georgia Buchanan and husband, Jerry of Granite City, IL; nephews, Rick Curtis and Gary Curtis, Kevin Buchanan; nieces, Terri (Curtis) Davis and Tracy (Buchanan) Patterson and many other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held Friday, March 15, 2019 at 11:00 am at the Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home in Piggott, Arkansas, with Gary Laughlin officiating. Burial is in Piggott Cemetery in Piggott, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Jerry Buchanan, Kevin Buchanan, Rick Curtis, Clint Johnson, Jake Page and Phillip Holifield. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is Friday from 10:00am until 11:00am at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Piggott Cemetery.
