Dessie W. "Debbie" Miller, 78, of Bentonville, Arkansas, passed away at Blue Springs, Missouri, on April 28, 2013. She was born October 24, 1934, in Fulton, Mississippi, to Noel Shaw Justice and Zella Mae Camp Justice. She is predeceased by her husband, Doyne; father, Noel S. Justice; mother, Zella Spicer; brothers, Joe and Noel Evans; and sister, Ellen Woolbright. Debbie is survived by a son, John Alan Payne and wife Sherry; one sister, Mary (Duane) Neal of Bentonville, Arkansas; and one brother, Johnny Murl (Argiro) Justice of Austin, TX and Iraklion, Crete. Debbie is lovingly remembered by granddaughters, Shannon (Zack) Beal and Amber Payne, nieces Maria Justice, Doris Ann (Steven) Stedronsky, and Becky Garcia and nephews Tony (Ginger) Justice and Joey Justice, two great-nieces Anna and Maya Justice, one great-granddaughter and one great-grandson. She attended Fulton High School and was retired from insurance sales. She was active in the Benton County Republican Committee and was an active campaigner in several political campaigns. The visitation will be held at the Hoggard Funeral Home, 142 N. 3rd Avenue, Piggott, Arkansas, on Thursday, May 2 at 1:00 PM. The funeral service will be held at the Hoggard Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM following the visitation. Interment at Mitchell Cemetery, Greenway, Arkansas.
