Donna Bowers, 55, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, passed away June 13, 2024, at her home.

She was born on August 2, 1968 in Kennett, Missouri, and was the daughter of Austin and Carolyn (Counts) Ellison.

Donna enjoyed being Nana, traveling with her kids, listening to music, watching crime shows, and drinking Cherry Dr. Thunders.

She was preceded in death by her father, Austin M. Ellison; mother, Carolyn M. Counts; and three brothers, Joey Corter, Scott Corter, and Terry Corter.

Donna is survived by her son, Grady (Amber) Clement; two daughters, Britney (Hannah) Bowers and Katie Bowers; three granddaughters, Rhiannon Howard, Kali Edwards, and Brynn Bumpers; four grandsons, Lane Clement, Landon Hargrove, Brayden Crawford, and Scotty Clement; brother, Jeff (Mary) Corter; sister, Pam Smothers; two sister-in-laws, Susan Corter and Laura Corter; and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, June 21, 2024 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home in Piggott, Arkansas. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements.
