Blanche Elaine Latimer was born November 27th, 1940 in Detroit, Michigan, to Ernest and Ruth (Parmley) Webster. She passed away on December 11th, 2024 at Piggott Community Hospital at the age of 84.

Elaine is survived by her two daughters Becky (Gordon) Pike of Piggott, Arkansas and Shelly Reagan of Piggott, Arkansas; five grandchildren, Chris (Madison) Thompson of Piggott, Colbie (Cody) Culver of Pollard, Tanner (Sarah) Reagan of Piggott, Bailey (Richaan) Smit of Greenway, and Jeb Pike of Piggott; one sister Patricia Gazley of Dalzell, South Carolina; six great-grandchildren, Cole, Cason and Cash Culver, Thaddeaus and Sophia Martinez, and Max Carpenter; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, Ruth and Ernest Webster, one brother, Bill Webster of Detroit, Michigan; and two sisters, Doris Ratliff of MIchigan and Glenda Ballard of Mount Clemons, Michigan.

Elaine accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at Royal Oak General Baptist Church, Royal Oak Michigan in 1959. Her bible was always by her bedside and she was adamant about her children and grandchildren knowing about Jesus.

Elaine retired from Piggott Community Hospital Home Health in 2010. She was a beloved Mom and Grandmother who always had a warm heart and smile. Her kindness and loving

nature will be remembered by all who met her.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 2:30 p.m. at New Hope Cemetery in Pollard, Arkansas, with Bro. Loran Johnson officiating. Pallbearers will be Gordon Pike, Cody Culver, Chris Thompson, Tanner Reagan, Jeb Pike, and Richaan Smit. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of arrangements.
