Evelyn Juanita Peppers, 70, of Rector, Arkansas, passed away February 24, 2020, in Rector, Arkansas. She was born on July 24, 1949, in Columbia, Louisiana, and was the daughter of Vernon and Lillian (Noble) Starnes. She was preceded in death by her father, Vernon Starnes: mother, Lillian Starnes and husband, Raymond Peppers. Survivors include her daughter, Angela Marie Lynos of Rector, Arkansas, son Jason Michael (Cherish) Peppers of Olla, Louisiana; granddaughter Sarah Beth McCarty; grandsons Christian Tyler Newton, Griffin Peppers, Eli Peppers and Peyton Peppers; sisters Helen Kay Braddock, Wanda Ann Sweeney and Verna Gail Bernard; and many other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held Sunday, March 1, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at the Tullos United Pentecostal Church in Olla, Louisiana. Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements.
