Fay Thrasher, 86, of Rector, Arkansas, passed away May 27, 2024, at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

She was born on November 17, 1937, in Memphis, Tennessee, and was the daughter of the late Carl and Maude (Reeves) Dees.

She was united in marriage to Frank Thrasher on January 9, 1960. Fay worked over 32 years as a Clerk Specialist for Parker-Hannifin in Kennett, Missouri.

Fay is survived by her husband Frank Thrasher; daughter, Virginia Willis of Paragould, Arkansas; two granddaughters, Amanda (Levi) Spinks of Benton, Arkansas and Amber Bagwell of Tulsa, Oklahoma; great-grandchildren, Lily and T.J. Spinks; and many other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will he held Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 10:00 am at the Piggott Cemetery in Piggott, Arkansas, with Bro. Jerry Morgan officiating. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements.
