Glenda Faye Chadwick, 79, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away April 4, 2019, at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born on August 15, 1939, in Marmaduke, Arkansas, and was the daughter of Revie and Mayme (Orrell) Bishop. Glenda was united in marriage to Clifton Michael Chadwick on December 9, 1956. She was preceded in death by her father, Revie Bishop; mother, Mayme Bishop; daughter, Angela Crews; great-grandson-in-law, James Cornett; sister, Hortense Allison and infant sisters, Virginia Lee Bishop and Rosemary Bishop. Survivors include her husband, Clifton Michael Chadwick of Piggott, Arkansas; daughter, Cynthia (Geary) Barr of Pocahontas, Arkansas; granddaughter, Cheryl (Brian) Schlobig of Middletown, Ohio; great-granddaughter, Jordon Cornett of Middletown, Ohio; great-great grandson, Nolan Cornett of Middletown, Ohio; brothers, Paul (Rose) Bishop of Rector, Arkansas and Verlon (Euvona) Bishop of Paragould, Arkansas; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, April 7, 2019, at 2:00 pm at the Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home in Piggott, Arkansas, with Eddie Wright officiating. Burial is in Cudd Cemetery in Marmaduke, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Larry Allison, Mike Allison, Ronnie Allison, Randy Bishop, Garry Allison and Randy Littleton. Honorary pallbearers will be Paul Bishop and Verlon Bishop. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is Sunday from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm in Piggott, Arkansas.
