Harlan Therrel Vaughn, 83, of Pollard, Arkansas, passed away September 8, 2019, at his home. He was born on August 26, 1936, in Pollard, Arkansas, and was the son of James and Francis (Kirk) Vaughn. He was united in marriage to Emma Lou (Conley) Vaughn on September 6, 1956. He was preceded in death by his father, James Elvis Vaughn; mother, Francis Ann Vaughn; wife, Emma Lou Vaughn; brothers, Gerald Vaughn, Billy Vaughn and Terry Lynn Vaughn. Survivors include his children, Alan Vaughn and wife Terri of Piggott, Arkansas, Brian Vaughn and wife Connie of Pollard, Arkansas and Melinda Vaughn and finance Irv Eddington of Corning, Arkansas; granchildren, Samantha Vaughn Featherston and husband Gus of Marmaduke, Arkansas, Ashlee Vaughn of Pollard, Arkansas and Tara Vaughn Hoggard and husband Brandon of Piggott, Arkansas; and many other relatives and friends. A graveside service will be held Saturday, September 14, 2019, at 10:00 am at the Cummins Chapel Cemetery in Piggott, Arkansas, with Bro. Alan Vaughn officiating. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home in Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements.
