Iris Ann Boles, 78, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away July 9, 2017, at the Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott Arkansas. She was born July 29, 1938, to the late Walter and Ada Richer Holley in Lake City, Michigan. She was united in marriage to Donald Boles on April 6, 1957, and to this union two children were born. She was a long time member of the South Thornton Church of Christ, and spent her life as a devoted homemaker. She was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers. She is survived by her husband: Donald Boles of Piggott, Arkansas; son, William Donald Boles of Lakeland, Florida; daughter, Barbara Sellers and husband Ron of Fayetteville, Arkansas; granddaughter, Crystal Ethridge and husband Bryan of Fayetteville, Arkansas; great-grandchildren: Asher, Blade, and Arabella Ethridge; sister, Lois Holley of Corunna, Michigan; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 11, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. in the Hoggard & Sons Chapel with Jason Williams officiating. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements.
