Jackie Lee Cooper, 71, of Pollard, Arkansas, passed away February 18, 2022, at his home surrounded by his family.
He was born on March 12, 1950, in McDougal, Arkansas, and was the son of Elmer and Goldie (Conyers) Cooper.
He was preceded in death by his father, Elmer Cooper; mother, Goldie Conyers Cooper; sister, Sandra Brown; nephew, Donnie Wade Cooper; and nieces, Tina Leonard and Carla Blackwell.
Jackie is survived by his son, Jeffrey Andrews of Malden, Missouri; three daughters, Heather Marie (Bo) Beckett of Malden, Missouri, Jill (Steven) Pace of Paducah, Kentucky, and Marion (Billy) Hardin of Piggott, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Eli and Khloe Beckett of Malden, Missouri, Jeffrey and Christina Andrews of Clarksville, Tennessee, Joseph and Tori Hardin of Piggott, Arkansas, Shawn and Brittany Pace of Paducah, Kentucky, Brittany Pace, and Devin Pace; brother, Donnie (Nell) Cooper of Pollard, Arkansas; sister, JoAnn (late Terry McLeskey) McLeskey of Piggott, Arkansas; nephews, Shane McLeskey of Piggott, Arkansas, Daniel Cooper, and Dewayne McCrory; the mother-of-his-children, Barbara Andrews; ex-wife, Geralyn Cooper; and many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be held Sunday, February 20, 2022, at 2:00 pm at the Hoggard & Sons Chapel in Piggott, Arkansas, with Johnny Bradshaw officiating. Burial is in New Hope Cemetery in Pollard, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Bo Beckett, Jeffrey Andrews, Billy Hardin, Joseph Hardin, Homer Burton, and Eli Beckett. Honorary pallbearers will be Shane McLeskey, Daniel Cooper, Kenny Grissom, and Johnny Raney. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home
