Janet Luff Kilbreath, 70, of McDougal, Arkansas, passed away on June 9, 2026, at Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott, Arkansas.

She was born on July 9, 1955, in Greenway, Arkansas, and was the daughter of Alton and Nellie (Manning) Reaves.

Janet was united in marriage to Garry Ray Luff on April 19, 1974, and to this union two daughters were born. Garry preceded her in death on June 26, 2001.

She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Angela LaRay Luff; her parents, Alton and Nellie Reaves; her father-in-law, Junior Luff; and her mother-in-law, Audra Luff.

She was united in marriage to Marvin Kilbreath on October 14, 2007. He survives.

Janet is also survived by her daughter, Heather Tullos and husband Brad of St. Francis, Arkansas; granddaughter, Presley Tullos and fiancé, J.T. Wilson; grandson, Garron Tullos; sister, Linda Speer; brother, James Reaves and wife Karen; mother-in-law, Marie Kilbreath; and many special nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Janet served as Clay County Circuit Clerk from 2003 until 2022. She also worked for many years with the Piggott School District. Janet loved playing Bingo and could often be found enjoying a game with her friends, Angela and Carol Ann.

Visitation will be Friday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home in Piggott, Arkansas, with a graveside service immediately following at Gravel Hill Cemetery in St. Francis, Arkansas, with Randy Deprow officiating.

Pallbearers will be Jason Speer, Terry Reaves, Chad Reaves, David Wagster, Colton Poole, and Brad Tullos.

Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements.
