Janet Kay Parrish, 66, of Deepwater, Missouri, passed away December 31, 2018, at her home surrounded by family. She was born on March 4, 1952, in Pekin, Illinois, and was the daughter of the late Doyn and Magaline (Gipson) Yancey. Janet was united in marriage to Wallace Dale Parrish on June 27, 1970. Survivors include her loving husband of 48 years, Dale Parrish of Deepwater, Missouri, her sons, Jon Parrish of St. Louis, Missouri, and Jesse Parrish and wife Angie of Raymore, Missouri; daughter, Angela Gum and husband Ryan of Raymore, Missouri; her treasured grandchildren, Bryce Parrish, Porter Gum, Ryla Gum, and Josie Parrish; sister, Sandra Turman of Campbell, Missouri; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews Memorial service will be held Saturday, January 5, 2019, at 2:00 pm at the Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home in Piggott, Arkansas. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements.
