John Alexander Fraser, III, 77, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away November 25, 2019, at his home in Piggott, Arkansas. He was born on June 9, 1942, in Detroit, Michigan, and was the son of the late John and Estelle (Granahan) Fraser. John was united in marriage to Carol Eagles Fraser on December 28, 1985. He was preceded in death by his father, John Alexander Fraser, II; mother, Estelle Fraser; wife, Carol Fraser; and brother, Ron Fraser. He worked for 22 years at the steel mill in Detroit, Michigan. He was a very special man who was loved by everyone he met. He enjoyed his crossword puzzles on the porch, old time westerns and spending time with his dog. He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him. Survivors include his sons, Kenneth J. Fraser and Gary Fraser; nephew, Scott Fraser and wife Sara of Piggott, Arkansas; niece, Chylon Bryant and husband Michael of Paragould, Arkansas; numerous great nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
