Johnny Mack Golden, 81, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away November 18, 2024, at his home in Piggott, Arkansas.

He was born on August 30, 1943, in Piggott, Arkansas, and was the son of the late Cloyce "Hank" and Mamie (Lovelady) Golden.

Johnny was united in marriage to Carolyn Parkman on April 12, 1990.

Johnny worked as a Cost Estimator for many years for Darling Store Fixtures. He later moved to South Carolina where he in the banking industry. After retirement he moved back to Piggott and enjoyed endless hours shooting pool with his friends.

Johnny is survived by his wife, Carolyn Golden; daughter, Cathy Ray and husband Tori of Kennett, Missouri; son, Jeffrey Campbell and wife Jennifer of Highland, Illinois; two sisters, Bonnie Lynn Ham and husband Sam of Blytheville, Arkansas and Valo Dement of Malden, Missouri; grandchildren, Samantha Womack and husband Aaron, Justin Heavilon and wife Katelyn, Jamie Nowici and wife Kirsten, and Caleb Nowicki and wife Paige; nephews, Steve Crowson, Michael Ham and wife Dana, Robert Dement and Perry Dement; niece, Cyndi Ham; great granddaughter, Abigail; great nieces and nephews, Colton Ham, Garrett Ham, David Dement, and Elizabeth Biri; and great-great nephew, Tyson Dement; many other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 1:00 pm at the Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home in Piggott, Arkansas, with Jerrod Lowe officiating. Burial is in Mitchell Cemetery in Greenway, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Sam Ham, Perry Dement, Robert Dement, Steve Crowson, Colton Ham, and Mike Ham. Honorary pallbearers will be Tori Ray, Johnny Mack James, Mike Carter, and Dan Holland. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
