Joyce S. Cluck, 82, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, February 26, 2011.
She was born December 13, 1928, in Clinton, Tennessee, and was the daughter of the late Sidney Sterling and Laura Jewel Davis Smith.
She was united in marriage to Charles Donald Cluck on August 19, 1947. He preceded her in death on October 9, 1987. Her two sons, Jim Bill Cluck and Sidney Allen Cluck also preceded her in death.
Survivors include her daughter, Donajo Simpson and husband Larry Dean of Greenway, Arkansas; five grandchildren: Tanya Smith and husband David of Conway, Arkansas, Erik Simpson and wife D.D. of Conway, Arkansas, Jason Cluck of Piggott, Arkansas, Aaron Cluck of Piggott, Arkansas, and Jeremy Cluck and wife Jamie of Rigley, Tennessee; eleven great grandchildren: Elisha, Isaac, Olivia, Samuel, Ezra, Jayden, Sophia, Addison, Tanner, Drew, and Zackry; brother-in-law, Neil Cluck of Piggott, Arkansas; sister-in-law, Carolyn Jackson of Donaldson, Tennessee; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 1, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. in Hoggard & Sons Chapel with Jerry Morgan and Tommie Boles officiating. Burial is in Piggott Cemetery. Pallbearers are Erik Simpson, Jason Cluck, Aaron Cluck, Jeremy Cluck, Damon Cluck, and Darrin Cluck. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is 6:00 p.m. Monday.
