Juanita Lucille Sullivan, 51, of Campbell, Missouri, passed away January 27, 2021, at her home in Campbell, Missouri.
She was born on February 8, 1969, in Elgin, Illinois, and was the daughter of Charles and Rosie (Fowler) Sullivan.
Juanita was preceded in death by her father, Charles Ray Sullivan; mother, Rosie Pearl Sullivan; father-in-law, Andrew Mack; and mother-in-law, Earline Mack.
Survivors include her husband, Kevin Louis Mack of Campbell, Missouri; son, Kevin Dalton Mack of Campbell, Missouri; brothers, Bill (Joyce) Fowler of Portageville, Missouri, Carl Sullivan of New Madrid, Missouri, Luther (Janice) Sullivan of Dexter, Missouri, and Myron (Amelia) Sullivan of Lubbock, Texas; sisters, Mary Campbell of Lillborn, Missouri, Margie (Jeff) McCallister of New Madrid, Missouri, Debbie Gribble of Silver Springs, Florida, and Elizabeth Sullivan of Mountain View, Missouri; and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation is Monday, February 1, 2021, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home in Piggott, Arkansas, with service following at 1:00 p.m. with Robert Looney officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Dalton Mack, TJ Garcia, Dustin Dickens, Dakota Featherston, Hollis Sullivan, and Brandon Ogden. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements.
