Kenneth Gregg Moore, 54, of Greenway, Arkansas, passed away March 22, 2021.
He was born on May 23, 1966, in Kennett, Missouri, and was the son of Kenneth Fulton and Wilma Jean (Turner) Moore.
Gregg graduated from Piggott High School in 1984 and was former Mr. PHS. He worked as a Field Officer for Southeastern Boll Weevil Eradication Foundation. He was an outdoorsman and was especially good at building fires. He was the one his family and friends called to fix or build something. Gregg spent many hours playing cards with his friends. He could make friends with strangers and was known to be a great friend and always helping others. Gregg was a die-hard Arkansas Razorback and Dallas Cowboys fan who rarely missed watching a game.
He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Fulton Moore.
Survivors include his mother, Jean Moore of Piggott, Arkansas; daughter, Brooke Moore of Conway, Arkansas; Brooke's mother, Latraca Tanner Moore; sister, Lisa Hailey and husband Doug of Maumelle, Arkansas, and her children, Brittnee Elrod and husband Searcy, Jared Hailey, and Ashton Hailey; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, March 26, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home in Piggott, Arkansas, with Jerry Morgan officiating. A private burial will be held at a later date. Honorary pallbearers will be Neil Morgan, Blake Tanner, Ricky Wyss, Jason Simpson, Brandon Jines, Roger Morris, and Robert Sample. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is Thursday, March 25, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
