Kim Renee Johnson, 60, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, passed away October 30, 2019, at her home. She was born on February 11, 1959, in Kennett, Missouri, and was the daughter of James and Eudean Shrum Engle. She was united in marriage to Jim Darrel Johnson on October 1, 1993. She began her professional career as a teacher at Piggott School District as a middle school teacher. She then opened a travel agency in Jonesboro, Arkansas. This allowed her opportunities to pursue her passion for traveling. She was able to visit many countries and spend time vacationing with family and friends, which she enjoyed very much. She is survived by her husband, Jim Johnson of Jonesboro, Arkansas; parents: James and Eudene Engle of Paragould, Arkansas; sons, Kevin Mann and wife Kim of Paragould, Arkansas, and Brandon Mann and wife Rachel of Little Rock, Arkansas; stepsons, Jeremy Johnson and wife Ashley of Oxford, Arkansas, and Jared Johnson and wife Samantha of Oxford, Arkansas; three grandchildren: Addison, Miles, and Camille Mann; five step grandchildren: Quinn, Karsyn, Reese, Kane, and Bristyl Johnson; two brothers: David Engle and wife Beth of Memphis, Tennessee, and Greg Engle and wife Melissa of Piggott, Arkansas; niece, Jordan Engle; nephews: Austin Engle, Charlie Engle, and Richard Engle; and many other relatives and friends A graveside service will be held Saturday, November 2, 2019, at 12:00 p.m. at Piggott Cemetery in Piggott, Arkansas, with Terry Joe Kee officiating. Pallbearers will be Brandon Mann, Kevin Mann, Jeremy Johnson, Jared Johnson, Quinten Whiteside, and Brent Coomer. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Memorials can be made in the memory of Kim to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital, Memphis, Tennessee.
