It is with heavy hearts that we announce Kim K. Moffitt departed this world peacefully at her daughter's home on June 29th at the age of 68. She was born on June 20th 1956 in St. Louis, Missouri to Betty J Smith and Tony J. Smith.
Kim graduated from Grover Cleveland High School in St. Louis, Missouri in 1974. She began her professional journey as a legal secretary, where her meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills shone brightly. Later, she took on the role of a leader at Walmart's jewelry department, where her passion for jewelry and her ability to connect with people brought joy to many. Years later she found profound fulfillment working as a home healthcare worker, providing care, love, and comfort to those in need. She left behind a legacy of love, dedication, strength, and resilience.
She is survived by her daughters Heather (Chris) Tarno, Abbey (Randy) Lemmons, Carrie Reaves. 9 grandchildren, Allison Moffitt, Emmah Tarno, Bailey Davis, Sydney (Skyler) Carnell, Holden Tarno, Cooper Lemmons, Bryan Lemmons, Leslie Reaves, and Tanner Reaves one great grandchild Zoe Carnell, two nephews Zachary (Alison) Malin, Cayden Long, one niece Amber Malin, and one great niece Layla Rouse
Kim was preceded in death by her son C. Todd Moffitt, Brother Randy Smith, Mother Betty J Smith, and Father Tony J Smith.
A graveside service will be held at 5pm on July 3rd at the New Hope Cemetery in Pollard, Arkansas.
