Leianne Phipps, 66, of McDougal, Arkansas, passed away April 10, 2026, at Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott, Arkansas.

She was born on September 12, 1959, in West Memphis, Arkansas, and was the daughter of the late William Ray and Annetta Louise (Cagle) Darnelle. Leianne grew up in West Memphis, Arkansas, before later moving to Oklahoma.

Leianne was united in marriage to Medicus Phipps on December 18, 2015.

Leianne had a love for beautiful things and enjoyed collecting jewelry, rocks, and precious jewels. She took great pride in her flowers and loved spending time tending to her yard, where she found peace and happiness. Leianne also had a passion for cooking and was happiest when preparing meals for her family and bringing loved ones together around the table. She will be remembered for her caring heart, her warm spirit, and the love she shared with those closest to her.

Leianne is survived by her husband, Medicus Phipps of the home; stepchildren, Honey Phipps of McDougal, Arkansas, and Elijah Phipps of Memphis, Tennessee; grandchildren, Jade Phipps and Logan Harrison; and many other relatives and friends.
