Lillian Potts, 92, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, January
10, 2015, at General Baptist Nursing Home, in Campbell, Missouri.
She was born on September 23, 1922, in Kennett Missouri, and was the
daughter of the late John and Lottie King.
She was united in marriage to the late M. L. Potts on January 23, 1947
to this union two children were born.
She is survived by her one daughter: Judy Cox and husband Terry of
Piggott, Arkansas; and one son Marshall Potts Jr. and wife Jeanne of
Piggott, Arkansas; seven grandchildren: Angela Potts, Kelly Jordan,
Shelly Richeson, Marsha Redman, Lannie Cox, Sara Biggs, and Kyle Cox;
thirteen great-grandchildren: Colby Laxton, Alex Massey, Hannah Potts,
Rachel Wood, Cole Potts, Julianna Jordan, Corbin Richeson, Sylvia
Cox, Mason Cox, Owen Cox, Rebekah Potts, Abbey Jordan, and Naomi Cox; two sisters: Veda Linam and Lucille Webb; and many other relatives and friends.
She was a member of the First General Baptist Church of Piggott, Arkansas.
Funeral services will be held Monday, January 12, 2015, at 2:00 p.m.
in the Hoggard & Sons Chapel with Chris Brantley officiating.
Visitation will begin Monday at 11:00 a.m. until service time.
