Linda Franks, 81, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away February 25, 2022, at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born on August 10, 1940, in West Virginia, and was the daughter of the late George and Carrie Judy. Linda was united in marriage to Billy Ray Franks on June 8, 1979. He preceded her in death in 2010. Linda is survived by her children, Dee (Jim) Cornet of Malden, Missouri, Pam Franks of Piggott, Arkansas, Ashley Franks of Piggott, Arkansas, and Billy Franks of Piggott, Arkansas; five grandchildren, Jimi Cornet, Austin Ray, Aliya Ray, Payton Williams, and Harper Franks. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at the Hoggard & Sons Chapel in Piggott, Arkansas, with Bro. Kevin Murray officiating. Burial is in Gravel Hill Cemetery in St. Francis, Arkansas. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements.
