Lola Mae Brandon, 85, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away August 9, 2018, at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born on February 17, 1933, in St. Francis, Arkansas and was the daughter of John and Ethel (Wheetley) Vaughn. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ethel Vaughn; father, John William Vaughn; daughter, Delilah Ethel Thomas; 2 brother; 5 sisters. Survivors include her 3 sons, Wiliam "Rex" Russell of Piggott, Arkansas, Dillon Russell of Poplar Bluff, Missouri and Tommy Russell and Daniel of Jonesboro, Arkansas; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sister, Linda Whitehorn of Arab, Alabama. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, August 12, 2018, at 2:00 pm at the Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home in Piggott, Arkansas, with Bro. Trent Grimes officiating. Burial is at Gravel Hill Cemetery in St. Francis, Arkansas. . Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements.
