Lowell Daniel Burrow was born on December 7, 1957, in Piggott, Arkansas, and was the son of Cleveland and Ethel Pankey Burrow. He passed away May 17, 2021, at the age of 63. Lowell was a caregiver for many years. He enjoyed spending time with family, helping others and he was very kind hearted. He attended First Baptist Church in Piggott and also attended the General Baptist Church in Fagus, Missouri. Lowell came from a very large family. He was preceded in death by his partner for many years, James "Jim" Thomas Warren; his parents, Cleveland and Ethel James Thomas; sisters, Donna Thomas and Faye Wiseman; brothers, Cleveland Burrow, Bill Burrow, Harold Burrow, and Jr Casteel. Survivors include many sisters and brothers, Kathy Burrow of Paragould, Arkansas, Bonnie Shelton and husband J.C. of Greenway, Arkansas, Mary Hutchings and husband Sonny of Cherryville, Missouri, Margrett Harmon and Jim of Cherryville, Missouri, Louetta Bauer and husband Robert of Windsor, Missouri, Rosetta Havner and Carl of Mountain Home, Arkansas, Bob Burrow and wife Jean of Cherryville, Missouri, Danny Burrow of Harleton, Texas, Curtis Burrow and wife Sherry of Cuba, Missouri; and many nieces and nephews. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the cremation arrangements.
