Mary M. Palmer, 89, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away December 1, 2017, at the General Baptist Nursing Home in Campbell, Missouri. She was born on April 1, 1928, in Piggott, Arkansas, and was the daughter of the late William Frank and Ollie Lena Osburn Dalton. She was preceded in death by her brothers: Herschel, B.O., Paul, Thomas, Harry, and Millard Dalton. Survivors include her daughter, Sharon Tutor and husband Al of Michigan; granddaughter, Shelly Mitchell; three grandsons: Jeffrey Tutor, Scott Tutor, and Steve Tutor; great-grandchildren: Sephi Mitchell, Max Mitchell, Jessica Tutor, Miles Tutor, Sam Tutor, Ben Tutor, London Tutor, Lillian Tutor, and Michael Tutor; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 2, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. in the Hoggard & Sons Chapel with Kevin Murray officiating. Burial is in Piggott Cemetery in Piggott, Arkansas. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is Saturday 10:00 a.m. until service time.
