Ozella Faye Taylor, 88, of Nimmons, Arkansas, passed away November 21, 2020, at the General Baptist Nursing Home in Campbell, Missouri.
She was born on December 2, 1931, in Nimmons, Arkansas, and was the daughter of the late William Tell and Della Webster Bowman.
On November 20, 1949, she was united in marriage to Edward "Bud" Taylor and to this union four children were born.
Ozella was a longtime member of Nimmons Church of Christ. The family will fondly remember Grandma Ozie's delicious sweet tea.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bud Taylor; son, Steve Taylor; grandson, Chris Walker; and brother, Terry Redman.
Survivors include her children, Shirley Ann Decker and husband Lee, Shelia Kay Dale and husband Darrel; and Scott Edward Taylor and wife Sherry; daughter-in-law, Darlene Taylor; grandchildren: Annette Bierkamp, Grace Decker, Kimberly Dale, Derek Taylor, Shannon Click, Corbin Taylor, Braden Taylor, and Garrett Rice; great-grandchildren, Hayden, Michael, Mason, Reilyn, Briona, Whitney, and Brandon; brothers, Tell Bowman Jr. and wife JoAnn; Eugene Bowman and wife Mary of Lakeland, Florida, and Howard Redman and wife Carol of Lakeland, Florida; brother-in-law, JW Taylor and wife Louise; and many other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at the Piggott Cemetery in Piggott, Arkansas, with Ken Roden officiating. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, will be in charge of the arrangements.
