Pansy Ann Moore, 64, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away March 9, 2021, at Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott, Arkansas. She was born on June 20, 1956, in Memphis, Tennessee, and was the daughter of Thomas and Jessie Williams Tubbs. She was raised by her late grandparents Ambers "JC" and Gladys Williams. Pansy was united in marriage to William Moore Sr. on October 16, 1971. Survivors include her husband, William Moore, Sr. of Piggott, Arkansas; sons, William G. Moore, Jr. and Jason C. Moore; grandchildren, Faith Ann Allison and Becca Joe Ray; great-grandchildren, Lincoln Ray, Maya Joe Allison and Blakelynn Ray; sister, Melva Cochran; brother, Anthony Blood; and many other relatives and friends. Memorial Service will be held Sunday, March 14, 2021, at 2:00 pm at the Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home in Piggott, Arkansas, with Robert Moore officiating. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is Sunday from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm in Piggott, Arkansas.
