Patsy Ann Patterson, 78, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away June 6, 2022, at Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott, Arkansas. She was born on August 17, 1943, in Broseley, Missouri, and was the daughter of Earnest and Bertha (Shackleford) Rice. Patsy was united in marriage to Larry David Patterson on August 30, 1963. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Larry David Patterson; father, Earnest Rice; mother, Bertha Rice; five sisters, Imogene Burnham, Mavis Kisner, Dorothy Isbell, Carma Miniex, and Margie Lawerence. Patsy is survived by her daughter, Sandra Little and husband Rick of Piggott, Arkansas; granddaughter, Courtney Little of Saint Francis, Arkansas; two grandsons, Dustin Little and wife Stacey of Piggott, Arkansas, Larerick Little and wife Hannah of Piggott, Arkansas; two great-grandchildren, Ty Little, Cady Little; sister, Ellovee Pulcher of Columbia, Illinois; two brothers, Alvin Rice and wife Flo of Waterloo, Illinois, Joy Rice of Desoto, Missouri; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, June 11, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at the Hoggard & Sons Chapel in Piggott, Arkansas, with Bro. Jerry Morgan officiating. Burial is in Brown's Chapel Cemetery in Broseley, Missouri. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
