Pearl Johnson, 78, of Pollard, Arkansas, passed away January 26, 2022, at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born on December 24, 1943, in Blue Cain, Arkansas, and was the daughter of the late Alfred and Lillie (Keller) Worley. Pearl was united in marriage to Sonny Johnson on October 11, 1961, and to this union six children were born. She was preceded in death by her father, Alfred Worley; mother, Lillie Mae Worley; two brothers, Larry Worley and Joe Worley; two sisters, Sue Kidd and Carolyn Trammel. Pearl is survived by her husband, Sonny Johnson of Pollard, Arkansas six children: Tony (Paula) Johnson of Pollard, Arkansas, Patty Gautreaux of Pollard, Arkansas, Ronald (Brandi) Johnson of Pollard, Arkansas, Randy (Carla) Johnson of Corning, Arkansas, Larry (Cindy) Johnson of Piggott, Arkansas, and Lori (Ronnie) Welty of McDougal, Arkansas; grandchildren: Ashley Brenna, Brittany Johnson, Ashley Hendley, Travis Faughn, Tyler Martin, Matt Faughn, Madison Martin, Wesley Gautreaux, Chelsea Scott, Samuel Yates, Brianna Rodriguez, Breanna Livingston, Megan Johnson, Nathan McFatridge, Lynn Miller, Hope Windle, Brandon Johnson, Colton Wright, Micayla McClung, Shadava Price, Tiana Akins, Jacob Johnson, Vanessa Holifield, Marissa Johnson, Owen Welty, and Veronica Welty; many-many great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 29, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at the Hoggard & Sons Chapel in Piggott, Arkansas, with Bro. Tim McCluskey officiating. Burial is in Cummins Chapel Cemetery in Pollard, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Jacob Johnson, Aiden Wood, Brandon Johnson, Owen Welty, and Sam Yates. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
