Peggy Lou Neeley, 74, of St. Francis, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, July 12, 2012, in the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born on April 13, 1938, in Clay County, Arkansas, and was the daughter of the late Robert Aaron and Hammie Sarver Province. She was united in marriage to Gillis Neeley on January 19, 1957, and he preceded her in death on May 19, 2007. She was also preceded in death by her two brothers, Athel and Darris Province. Peggy graduated from Piggott High School and worked for 36 years as a Teacher's Aide for the Piggott Elementary School. She was of the Methodist faith. Survivors include her son, Tony Neeley and Shary Holifield of St. Francis, Arkansas; daughter, Sharon Mann and husband Tony of Piggott, Arkansas; four grandchildren: Shawn Mann, Andy Neeley and wife Evan, Heather Neeley, and Hunter Neeley; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 15, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. in the Hoggard & Sons Chapel with Willyene Jordan and Randy Deprow officiating. Burial is in Gravel Hill Cemetery in St. Francis, Arkansas. Pallbearers are Shawn Mann, Andy Neeley, Hunter Neeley, Danny Seal, Donald Keene, and Jim Duty.
