Peggy Jo Sikes, 80, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away June 8, 2015, at the Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett, Missouri. She was born on November 23, 1934, in Holcomb, Missouri, and was the daughter of the late Walter and Elsia Cubertson Williams. She was preceded in death by her late husband Harold Ivy Sikes; her daughter, Patty Sikes Statler and grandson, Duane Statler. She is survived by her husband, James Warren of Piggott, Arkansas; son, Gene Sikes and wife Flossie of Cardwell, Missouri; grandchildren: Lori Tune and husband Derek of Piedmont, Missouri, Tracy Statler Clark and husband Michael of Piedmont, Missouri, Bobby Sikes of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Harold Sikes of Cardwell, Missouri, Betty Stevenson and husband Richard of Cardwell, Missouri, great-grandchildren: Matthew Trainer and wife Gabby of Kennett, Missouri, Chloe Tune of Piedmont, Missouri, Cody Clark of Piedmont, Missouri, Sarah Clark of Piedmont, Missouri, Nancy Stevenson of Cardwell, Missouri, Gage Sikes and Camden Sikes of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; great-great grandchildren: Aubrey and Zander Trainer of Kennett, Missouri; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 11, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. in the Hoggard & Sons Chapel with Hubert Robinson officiating. Burial is in Nimmons Cemetery in Nimmons, Arkansas. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation begins Thursday at 11:00 a.m. until service time.
