Randy Stephen Besserman, 61, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away August 21, 2021, at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was born on January 15, 1960, in Saint Louis, Missouri, and was the son of the late Steve and Mildred "Mickey" (Dees) Besserman. Randy was united in marriage to Joanna (Settlemoir) Besserman on January 4, 1986 . He was preceded in death by his parents Steve and Mildred Besserman; brother, Loyd Besserman; sister, Laura Owens. Some of his greatest joys in life were watching his grandson Landon race, listening to his favorite band "Kiss", gardening and cooking BBQ. He also enjoyed a little bit of hunting and fishing. Randy is survived by his wife, Joanna Besserman of Piggott, Arkansas; daughter, Jade Zetterberg and husband Caleb of Missoula, Montana; three grandsons, Landon Besserman of Paragould, Arkansas, Gauge Rose of Paragould, Arkansas and Raynor Zetterberg of Missoula, Montana; brother, Rodney and wife Theresa Besserman of Piggott, Arkansas; two sisters, Lynn Davis and husband Chuck and Rochelle Bland and husband Shannon; four nieces, Sarah, Morgan, Camilla and Breanna; five nephews, Adam, Matthew, Andrew, Clint and Zeb; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, August, 26, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. with Boyce Cate and David Finley officiating. Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is Wednesday, August, 25, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
