Regina Turner of Van Buren, Arkansas was born on March 22, 1953 in Piggott, Arkansas to Lloyd and Sylvia (Agnew) Ray. She passed from this life on August 4th 2017 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 64 years. Regina was retired from Lowe's in Van Buren, AR as a Credit Counselor. Previously she had worked several years for Montgomery-Ward Department Stores. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Sylvia Ray, an infant sister, LaVonna Ray, two infant brothers, Michael David Ray and Richard Allen Ray; brother-in-law Johnny McHaffey, and sister-in-law Pat Ray. Regina was united in marriage to Alvis Renee Turner on March 27th, 1971. To this union two daughters were born: Jennifer Dawn and Leah Marie. She is survived by her husband Alvis, daughters, Jennifer Fournier of Farmington, AR, and Leah McCoy of Van Buren, AR, her four grandchildren, Michael McDonough and Christopher McCoy of Van Buren, and Nola Fournier and Wyatt Fournier of Farmington; sisters Loretta McHaffey of Piggott, AR and Pat Harper and Rusty of Pasadena, TX, one brother Lloyd (Buddy) Ray of Paragould, AR; and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be 10:00am to 11:00am. Memorial services will be at 11:00am Friday, August 11, 2017 at Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home with Rev Kevin Murray officiating. Interment will be in Mitchell Cemetery, Greenway, AR.
