Rita Lynn James Ollis, 51, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away February 7, 2019, at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born on September 7, 1967, in South Bend, Indiana, and was the daughter of Charles and Linda (White) James. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Lee James. Survivors include her mother, Linda Mae James King of Piggott, Arkansas; son, Preston Lee James of Piggott, Arkansas; daughter, Ashley Nicole Ollis of Piggott, Arkansas; brothers, Perry (Sherry) Bammerlin of Piggott, Arkansas, Larry Ray James of Piggott, Arkansas, Charles Lee James of Coxsackie, New York; sisters, Betty (Rodney) Bounds of Piggott, Arkansas, Traci Renee (Steve) Blascoe of Piggott, Arkansas; fiancé, David Moody of Piggott, Arkansas; half sisters, Barbara Jacob-Povia of Hartford, Michigan, Rachel Hester of Dexter, Missouri, Mary Gorman of Bangor, Michigan; four grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, February 14, 2019, at 10:00 am at the Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home in Piggott, Arkansas, with Bro. Kevin Murray officiating. Burial is in New Hope Cemetery in Pollard, Arkansas. Pallbearers are Jordan Blascoe, Nathan Conyers, Andrew Conyers, Steve Blascoe, Rodney Bounds, and Larry James. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is Wednesday from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
