Shelly Williams, 53, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away July 27, 2025, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

She was born on August 27, 1971, in Paragould, Arkansas, and was the daughter of Billy and Thelma (Shephard) Eldridge.

Shelly was united in marriage to James Williams on December 20, 2014.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Thelma Eldridge.

Shelly is survived by her husband, James Williams; two sons, Derek Eldridge of Columbia, Missouri, and Jacob Householder of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; brother, Richard Bull Scibek; and many other relatives and friends.

Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the cremation arrangements.
