Sherman Levi Jorman, 74, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away June 3, 2018, at the Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott, Arkansas.
He was born on January 3, 1944, in Chicago, Illinois, and was the son of the late George Richard and Corrine Jacks Coyle.
He was united in marriage to Grace Ann Massey on January 3, 1963, and to this union three children were born.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Richard Alan Jorman; brother, James Luther; and sister, Carolyn Hunt.
Survivors include his wife, Grace Ann Jorman of Piggott, Arkansas; two daughters, Brenda Baker and husband Brion of Highland, Arkansas, and Lorre Huckabay and husband Larry of Lafe, Arkansas; grandchildren: Nick Baker of Highland, Arkansas, Keith Huckabay, Tanner Huckabay, Tyler Huckabay all of Lafe, Arkansas; brother, Mark Reed of Winslow, Arkansas; two special nieces: Shamala McCluskey and husband Miles of Greenway, Arkansas, and Kimberly Jones and husband Curt of Rector, Arkansas; special great nieces and nephews: Dillon Reed of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Zachery McCluskey, Abby McCluskey, and Jacob McCluskey all of Greenway, Arkansas, and Ty Jones of Rector, Arkansas; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 6, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. in the Hoggard & Sons Chapel with Jerry Massey officiating and David Gunn assisting. A private burial will be held at later date at Mitchell Cemetery in Greenway, Arkansas. Honorary pallbearers will be Nick Baker, Brion Baker Keith Huckabay, Tanner Huckabay, Larry Huckabay, Tyler Huckabay, Curt Jones, and Miles McCluskey. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Tuesday 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
